Due to the nature of our products being made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Please review sizing charts before purchasing.
- Items must not be worn or washed if requesting a replacement.
